Step #1 : Start Eating Breakfast!

1 tbs coconut oil

1/4 small fresh beet root

Frappe : acai berry, pea protein powder, coconut oil, chia seeds, fresh beet, pure orange juice.

Pour into bowl and,

Add sliced organic strawberries, then sprinkle the raspberries, blackberries, and grated coconut flakes over the highest.

Turkey Bacon and Avocado with Half Grapefruit

4-6 bits of uncured turkey bacon

1 ripe avocado

1tsp extra virgin olive oil

Lightly rub each side from the bacon using the oil. Place on the rack as shown above, put straight into the oven at 400 F, for about 10-15minutes or until brown and crispy.

OR Fry 4 pieces uncured turkey bacon in olive oil, over medium heat until crispy.

Dice an entire avocado. Place bits of diced avocado during the turkey bacon and fold over to create a sandwich.

Add a half a brand new sweet grapefruit.

Rainbow Chard Wrap with Left Over Chicken Breast, Basil and Fresh Cucumber Slices

3-4 large leaves of organic rainbow chard

1/2 sliced English cucumber

Sliced cooked organic or free-range chicken breast

3-4 large leaves of fresh organic basil

Salt

Pepper

Dash of extra virgin olive oil

Slice an organic cooked chicken breast (warmed or cold)

Wash and gather 3-4 large fresh basil leaves

Wash and cut the middle stalk from 3 large chard leaves

Slice 1/2 English cucumber

Place a half leaf of rainbow chard on the plate, layer, chicken, basil leaf, cucumber, dash of olive oil, salt and pepper. Wrap the chard all around the stack of stuff. Voila! (You could have some left over for snack or lunch later)

Add your favorite morning herbal tea!
